J Spencer Construction is a family owned, licensed, insured, and bondable construction business.  Owner, Jim Spencer’s construction career spans over 38 years.  Before establishing J Spencer Construction in 2008, Jim, was a partner with AJS Construction Co. (Est. 1981) and Anderson Spencer Company (Est. 2000).

J Spencer Construction operates out of a facility in Normal, IL.  Our combined warehouse/workshop/office helps provide efficiency for our team and our clients.  Our foreman has more than 40 years experience in carpentry and our estimator has over 22 years experience in the industry.
